Fancy starting the day with a breakfast bowl as tasty as this?! Oh apple-solutely :)

A hearty bowl of our homemade granola feels like such a treat on a dark wintery morning and it's so incredibly easy to make yourself.

This delicious recipe includes a wonderful combo of pecan, maple and cinnamon, along with a sprinkling of crushed apple crisps for a bit of added fruity sweetness.

Makes approximately 14 servings



275g oats

200g sunflower seeds

100g pumpkin seeds

100g pecans 

1 tsp cinnamon 

3-4 tbsp coconut oil

80 ml maple syrup

2 packets SPARE apple crisps, crushed



    1. Preheat the oven to 160 fan / gas mark 4.

    2. Measure out all the ingredients minus the apple crisps into a roomy bowl.

    3. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

    4. Spread onto a large baking sheet and bake for 25-30 mins stirring half way through. 

    5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

    6. Add the crushed apple crisps and stir through.

    7. Serve yourself a hearty portion with yogurt or milk and some fresh berries.

    8. Store the rest in a large Kilner jar or air tight tin.
